charming stay near the opera

helpful directions good room size easy location

i found customer service to be excellent. dan was especially helpful with directions to attractions. the size of the room was pretty good for europe i think. the location made getting around so easy.

i will say, the carpet felt a little wet upon arrival.

the classic double room was bright, and it also was clean. the bed proved wide and good for sleeping. the linens are quality, and i enjoyed the simple decor, well maintained.

many cafes and pastry shops are super nearby. the metro is only a few hundred meters away, allowing travel. the hotel is close to many spots, including galleries lafayette. it is within walking distance to roissybus.

i saw the reception area. its furnishings appear beautiful and quaint. the staff seemed cute, and seemed able to do enough . they willingly booked taxis, a convenient service.

the location was very convenient. it was easy to walk to many shops, restaurants and sights, with metro stations close by. all staff were very pleasant! the room with a balcony was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

the carpet was completely wet. i asked for an iron at the reception and they told me they didn't have one available. it was a bit inconvenient

the location was acceptable since it was close to many shops.

my room was small i could barely move around. the air conditioning made a terrible noise throughout the night so i struggled to sleep. the breakfast was pretty disappointing with limited options and the coffee machine was constantly out of order.

The room included complimentary toiletries from fragonard paris, a very nice touch. the location was excellent. I found many restaurants and cafés nearby
